Texas Democrats sell-out on CAFTA

Last night, the house of representatives voted on CAFTA - the Central American Free Trade Agreement. CAFTA is posed to expand the job loss, contamination and exploitation we faced under NAFTA to 6 more countries. CAFTA will grant sweeping new priveleges to rich corporations on the backs of workers, women and children.

CAFTA passed by TWO votes in the House, despite that fact that 27 republicans supported their communited and voted NO.

SWU is outraged at the sell-out tacts of Texas Democrats: Henry Cuellar, Solomon Ortiz and Ruben Hinojosa. The sold out workers of south texas to fill their pockets with corporate favors.
